Introducing Digital One Business for Business Internet Banking

With Digital One Business – an upgrade to the current Business Internet Banking platform – you will enjoy a seamless experience and robust functionality. There is no additional cost to using the upgraded platform, your logins and passwords will remain the same, and you will enjoy continuous access to all cash management functions.

How you benefit from the upgrade

  • Responsive/omni-channel design. Digital One Business scales to the device being used – desktop to tablet to mobile.
  • Centralized approvals. In the current Business Internet Banking platform, the approval process was different for each task. With Digital One Business, there is one approval workspace for transactions and templates, and user administration with persistent access in a banner at the top of each page.
  • Streamlined menus. Menu options are consolidated for simplified navigation.
  • Improved navigation. Pages are designed to enhance user efficiency, resulting in fewer mouse clicks. Sections of data can be expanded or collapsed, and you no longer need to click Savetwice when creating or changing user entitlements.

What’s staying the same

  • All existing data/templates
  • ACH & Wire templates
  • Account Transactions/Statements (extended history remains the same)
  • User profiles and assigned entitlements/security roles
  • Bill Payment history and payees
  • Favorites/Saved Reports
  • Alerts/Messages
  • Tokens (physical token fobs and software tokens)
  • All scheduled/recurring payments

What’s new

The existing Dashboard functionality has been replaced by a more streamlined, user-friendly version. It provides immediate access to balances, approvals and exceptions, and allows users the ability to arrange the order of the accounts displayed in the panels. This update will require users to re-configure their panels post migration. Please refer to Digital One Business Dashboard User Guide for more information about configuring your panels.
