Remote Deposit

Attention Remote Deposit User:

As previously communicated via email, updates to the Bankers Trust Remote Deposit service have arrived.

You will be able begin making deposits using the updated Remote Deposit platform on July 30, 2024. The update includes minor changes to the user interface. A user guide will be accessible by clicking on Help > Merchant User Guide upon logging in.

Your login credentials have not changed.

It is recommended you retrieve any Remote Deposit records from the old platform you wish to reference going forward. Research-only access to the existing Remote Deposit platform will be available until September 30, 2024.
