SPONSOR: Bankers Trust – What Cedar Rapids Needs Giveaway is sponsored by Bankers Trust Company, 201 1st St. SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52401.

ELIGIBILITY: No purchase or account opening is necessary to register or win. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bankers Trust Company, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Limit five (5) entries per individual.

HOW TO ENTER: On April 1, 2022, Bankers Trust will open the contest at 8:00 a.m. Central Time. Everyone who submits an idea through the What Cedar Rapids Needs website page form by 11:59 p.m. on June 3, 2022 will be entered to win. One random winner will be selected at 12 p.m. on June 10, 2022 from the responses received.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of responses received by 11:59 p.m. on June 3, 2022. Winners need not be present to win.

AVAILABLE PRIZES:

  • Three (3) $100 VISA® gift cards. One gift card awarded per winner.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM:

  • Winners will be notified via the email provided in their form response no later than 4 p.m. on June 10, 2022. Gift cards can be picked up by winners at the Cedar Rapids branch or sent to winners by mail. Prizes must be picked up or requested to be mailed by June 30, 2022.

CONDITIONS: All decisions concerning this promotion are at the sole discretion of Bankers Trust and are final. The winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Prize Acceptance form prior to claiming the prize. Any federal, state, and local taxes for prizes awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering, entrants give Bankers Trust permission to share information about the winner on social media and any other public channels. The winner agrees to allow Bankers Trust to use his/her name, likeness, and/or photograph in advertising. Prize winners agree to be bound by these rules.
