Bankers Trust – Social Media Giveaway Rules

ELIGIBILITY: No purchase, payment, donation or account opening is necessary to register or win. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bankers Trust Company, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Limit one (1) entry per individual on each platform.

HOW TO ENTER:  On April 29, 2024, Bankers Trust will post the contest at 8 a.m. Central Time on Facebook and Instagram. Everyone who includes their response in a comment on the posts by 8 a.m. on May 3, 2024, will be entered to win. One random winner from each platform will be selected at 8 a.m. on May 3, 2024, from the responses received.

ODDS OF WINNING:  Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of responses received by 8 a.m. on May 3, 2024. Winners need not be present to win.


  • Two $50 gift cards to the business of the winner’s choice (one for each platform).


  • Winners will be notified on Facebook or Instagram no later than 9 a.m. on May 3, 2024. The gift card will be available for pick up at Bankers Trust’s Downtown Skywalk branch or may be mailed/emailed. If the prize is not claimed by 5 p.m. on May 3, 2024, a new winner may be selected.

CONDITIONS: All decisions concerning this promotion are at the sole discretion of Bankers Trust and are final. The winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Prize Acceptance form prior to claiming the prize. Any federal, state, and local taxes for prizes awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering, entrants give Bankers Trust permission to share information about the winner on social media and any other public channels. The winner agrees to allow Bankers Trust to use his/her name, likeness, and/or photograph in advertising. Prize winners agree to be bound by these rules.
