Beginning July 1, 2025, all check images will need to be retrieved via your Digital One Business Internet Banking profile. This can done via the Deposit Account Activity Report or the Image Search Service (useful for downloading multiple images at once). Please find steps for each illustrated below.

Deposit Account Activity Report

Hover over the ‘Reports’ tab and click on ‘Deposit Account Reporting’.

Select the applicable account, choose the desired date option, and click the ‘Show Advanced Options’ dropdown.

Select the ‘Exact Number’ option in the ‘Check Serial Number’ section, key in the check number, and click the ‘Search’ button.

Click the ‘View Check’ button to pull up the image of the check. You will then have the option to print, download, and view the front/back images of the check.

Image Search Service

Hover over the ‘Account Services’ tab and click on ‘Image Search’.

Select the applicable account, click on the ‘Paid Checks’ radio button in the ‘Item Type’ section, key in the check number or range of check numbers, choose the desired date option, and click the ‘Search’ button. You may also choose one of the optional ‘Amount’ options if desired.

Place checkmarks next to the items you’d like to retrieve (up to 50 at a time), and then click the ‘View Selected Images’ button.

The image(s) will then be downloaded into a PDF document where you can view all the images and/or save them to a desired network location. 

You can also redownload previously viewed check images (up to 50 at a time) by clicking on the ‘Retrieved’ tab, placing checkmarks next to the applicable image requests, and clicking the ‘View Selected Images’ button.
