Mortgage Loan Program Specifically for Physicians

The Bankers Trust Doctor Loan Program was created for medical physicians (or residents with employment contract), dentists and orthodontists in Eastern Iowa. Key features of the program include:

  • No Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI)
  • Fixed and adjustable rate options available
  • No loan origination fee
  • Quick pre-qualification process

The program is for the primary residence and is subject to credit approval. Loans are up to $1 million with six months of reserves and require a minimum credit score of 700.
