Our team members are our biggest asset. We strive to provide outstanding service and expertise in every interaction. And it shows whether we help customers through each financial milestone of life and business or through times of challenge and uncertainty – be it economic downturns, a global pandemic, flooding or a derecho. It’s also shown in even simpler ways, like when we say hello to customers by name when we see them at the grocery store.

We’re especially proud of our team for creating the Cedar Rapids Volunteer Council, which provides an inclusive environment for team members to volunteer. The group coordinates volunteer events based on organizations and causes our employees are most passionate about. Every day, it’s our team members who bring the Bankers Trust Difference to life.
