Online Documents

Reduce your paper consumption and increase your account security with Bankers Trust’s online documents, which include account statements, notices on rate changes or overdrafts, and tax forms.

To adjust your statement preferences, simply log in to Internet Banking, choose “Accounts” and under “Online Documents” change your delivery method from “Paper” to “Online.”

People Pay

Send money to friends, family, and colleagues conveniently and securely with People Pay from Bankers Trust. Get started by logging in to Internet Banking, adding the payee’s name and mobile phone number or email address and choose how you’d like to send money. Not available in the Mobile Banking App.

Online Bill Pay

Our Bill Pay service lets you send money from your checking account to a creditor or vendor online. When set up, you’ll be able to send money from your checking account to pay bills, such as your credit card, loans or a public utility. You’ll also be able to set up automatic payments, receive e-bills, add payees, edit or cancel payments, view payment histories and more.

Budgeting and Personal Finance Tools

Easily manage your finances and track expenses by category from one place online. Use the Accounts tool to link and view all of your bank accounts, investments, and real estate in one place. Track your net worth and see your total financial picture.

Can I open a new account online?

Yes, many personal accounts are available to open online, including checkingsavingscertificates of deposit (CDs), and health savings account products. However, our branch teams are available if you prefer in-person assistance or have questions.

What account changes can I make through Internet Banking?

You can update your user ID and password, email and phone numbers, submit a change of address or stop pay request. You can manage account alerts and send secure messages to Bankers Trust Customer Service. You can also update statement and document delivery settings.

Can I view my credit score through Internet Banking?

Yes, you can view your credit score in the Credit Insights section of Internet Banking. Through Credit Insights you are able to review and refresh your credit score and detailed credit report daily without impacting your credit score. Learn more about Credit Insights here.

How do I switch from paper to online statements?

You can manage your statement delivery preference as well as your notices and tax forms (1099-INT). To make changes, click on “Accounts,” “Online Documents,” then “Delivery Settings.”
