Career Development

Bankers Trust positions our team member to grow and offers a variety of tools and resources for their career development. From their first day at the bank, employees are given access to our Executive and Management teams and have the opportunity to engage with the banking industry. Employee development and succession training

Bankers Trust believes in a proactive approach to helping our colleagues reach their potential. We coach our managers to have regular conversations with their team members about goals and career development. From our career discovery program, year-long leadership academy and immersive Ready Leader program, Bankers Trust team members have a variety of opportunities to grow within their roles and advance throughout the bank.

Continuing education

We hope our colleagues will embrace lifelong learning. Bankers Trust supports employees in achieving and maintaining professional certifications and offers tuition assistance programs for undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

Community leadership

Our team members are encouraged to develop through civic engagement. In fact, we collectively volunteer more than 13,000 hours in the community annually, on average, and our employees serve on boards and committees for more than 190 nonprofit organizations. Bankers Trust also supports our team members’ participation in various community driven leadership programs.
