Free Workshop: Learn How to Buy a Home in 5 Steps

Class tailored for minorities and low-to-moderate income prospective homebuyers

At Bankers Trust, we know there are disparities in homeownership rates and challenges to homeownership for minorities and low- and moderate-income (LMI) individuals. As a community bank, we want to help.

We are partnering with local organizations in each of our markets to provide education about the financial considerations that go into saving for a home, building credit, the mortgage process, and owning and maintaining a home.

In these workshops, our partner organizations’ instructors will help you:

• Begin preparing finances for homeownership
• Manage debt and build credit
• Master money management
• Walk through each step in the home buying process
• Maintain a home
